Guys ive been having very descripitive and disturbing dreams about the apocalypse plus ive become more paranoid about everything. Could this be sigma effects or slender man giving me these dreams to warn me?

I wouldn't rule out the sigma or Slenderman idea but there have been tons of crap with terrorists and shootings on the news that it could be that and a mix of maybe thinking about the end of the world. But that's just a guess.
