Are you talking about that short chubby slender man that turns out to be fake? The fake starts chasing them in one of the latest episodes... no distortion... the fake ends up tripping and falling and the real Slender Man shows up, cutting them off at the pass, the distortion blares and the real then takes up the chase. In most cases I would agree that no distortion is bad editing.

When SlenderMan is too tall. Usually it occurs in pictures, not videos. He's supposed to be tall, but over 10 feet tall is way too big.

What ruins Slender Man for me? I would have to say all of the tentacle rape jokes I've seen flying around. It's disgusting, immature, and completely ruins my day whenever one pops up.

Exactly! I don't see why people find it so amusing. Yes, Slender Man has the ability to grow tentacles, but people seem to think that automatically gives them the 'OK' to make those kinds of jokes. I run an ask blog on a website as Slender Man and I get so many of the tentacle rape questions it's not even funny.
